Production Supervisor role FMCG-Fermanagh (Day Shift)

Your new role


As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing a busy production line to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are achieved. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team on the shop floor, ensuring that performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
This is a hands-on role within a dynamic production environment, where you may be required to step in and support the line when necessary. Working Monday to Friday (07:00 – 18:00), you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive productivity across your shift.


What you'll need to succeed


To succeed in this position, you will ideally have experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or food production environment. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proactive and flexible approach.

Desirable (but not essential):

Forklift or pallet truck licence
Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification

What you'll get in return


You will receive a competitive salary package in the range of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (based on a 48-hour week).
Additional benefits include:

Hourly rate of £14.80 – £16.60, depending on experience
Overtime paid at 150% for hours worked over 40
25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
