Your new role

As Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of approximately 20 production operatives, ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of day‑to‑day operations. You will take responsibility for monitoring output, maintaining quality standards, updating daily production schedules and stock sheets, and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time. You will support training and development across the team, work closely with internal departments including Production Management, Health & Safety and Stores, and uphold strong housekeeping standards. The role also includes managing staff levels, holiday planning and addressing any customer quality concerns through corrective action and retraining where required.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in a production, manufacturing or supervisory environment, with the ability to lead, motivate and support a team.
