Your new role

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within your designated area. You’ll ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely, maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating haulage, managing ERP systems, and supporting planning activities. You’ll also be involved in training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, stepping up in the absence of the Department Manager to ensure seamless operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience in a supervisory capacity within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of health and safety, food safety, and ERP systems. You should be confident in managing people, conducting investigations, and driving performance improvements. Flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining high standards will be key to your success.
