Your new role

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimising production schedules to meet business objectives. You’ll be responsible for aligning production plans with sales forecasts, inventory targets, and customer demands, while ensuring smooth operations across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and business development. The role involves monitoring progress, analysing data for improvements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll also contribute to resource optimisation and internal system development for tracking production metrics.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need 2–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of production workflows and inventory control are essential. Desirable qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, experience with lean manufacturing principles, and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
