Workday Analyst – EIBs, HCM, Functional, Reporting
Up to £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid (London / Manchester – Primarily Remote) – Must be UK based

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Workday Analyst with Functional experience and working knowledge of Workday HCM, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) in Workday and Reporting skills to join a programme to work very closely with the Workday Product Owner, supporting the ongoing evolution of the platform.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday Analyst
- Working knowledge of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) in Workday
- Good understanding of Workday Core HCM
- Experience as a Functional Consultant / Analyst
- Demonstrable Reporting skills
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexible approach to hybrid working if / when required
