Product Owner Job - £60,000 - £65,000

Your new company
One of Scotland's most prestigious organisations is looking to further grow and expand their digital team. Currently going through a period of substantial investment, they see digital technology change as an essential way to continue to improve customer service and drive success. They have a number of new products that they wish to design and develop and are seeking a passionate individual to help drive this forward.

Your new role
As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our client's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
  • Defining and communicating product goals and objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a product backlog.
  • Leading the product development process from ideation to launch.
  • Ensuring the product meets the needs of users and aligns with business goals.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.
  • Providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital product management within web and app environments, with a demonstrable ability to deliver a feature roadmap.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Be based and able to work in an office in Scotland (Hybrid)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
