Your new role

Supporting getting existing mechanical projects 'over the line' and having a huge input into the juicy new projects that are in the pipeline will be your first 90 days. Beyond that, it's a small team, so your input, contribution and decision-making are vital to the team, so you will feel a real sense of value and that you are making a contribution. This role covers the entire project timeline, from planning and specifications on the offset to timeline and stakeholder management, reporting on progress at meetings and hands-on resolving and investigation of issues and making changes to get them fixed long term.

What you'll need to succeed

Time served engineer or beyond? Open to options. You can be degree lead and an 'on the floor' approach or a time severed engineer motivated by improvements.
