What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers to track orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
  • Supporting wider team projects and contributing to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
