Procurement Manager | £Competitive | Lincolnshire | Full-Time, Permanent

Your new company
You will be joining a well-established and highly successful manufacturing business with a strong commitment to sustainability and the circular economy. The business is widely regarded as a trusted partner rather than simply a supplier. This is an organisation that values quality, technical expertise and long-term relationships, and continues to invest in both people and process to support future growth.

Your new role
As Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in securing raw materials. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will lead procurement activity to support commercially attractive sales, production continuity and long-term growth.

You will manage and develop supplier relationships from initial engagement through to ongoing account management, ensuring quality compliance, competitive pricing and reliable delivery. The role is primarily office-based, allowing close collaboration with the procurement team and internal stakeholders, with UK travel to supplier sites when required.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing existing supplier accounts while identifying new supply opportunities
  • Responding to dynamic material pricing to meet commercial and contribution targets
  • Monitoring supplier capacity against current and future production demand
  • Analysing market trends and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
  • Trading materials excess to production requirements
  • Maintaining quality and compliance standards across all feedstock materials
This role suits a commercially minded procurement leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong procurement background along with the confidence to influence internally and externally.

You will ideally have:
  • A proven procurement track record, with experience of procuring raw materials
  • Strong planning, time management and leadership skills
  • A self-starter approach, able to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to deliver robust commercial solutions
  • Experience in project management and strategic account management
  • Strong cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting capability
  • The confidence to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and the opportunity to join a business that genuinely supports innovation, teamwork and professional development.

The package includes:
  • Competitive salary
  • Supportive company culture focused on growth and collaboration
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Full company benefits package
