Your new role

As Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activity for a key raw material category, ensuring a sustainable, cost-effective and reliable supply to support operational requirements. You will be responsible for supplier management, commercial negotiations, forecasting, procurement planning and market analysis. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in driving supply chain performance while leading and developing a successful procurement team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement role.
  • Background within food manufacturing, fresh produce, agriculture or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience managing procurement budgets and making strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
