Supply Chain Manager

Your new role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to support project delivery and improve operational efficiency. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project programmes.
Key responsibilities include identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics partners, and carrying out supplier audits to ensure quality and compliance. You will also play a key role in driving cost efficiencies, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and sustainability objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Proven experience in procurement and supplier/vendor management
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills within supply chain operations
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of supply chain risk management
  • Experience using ERP or supply chain systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Ideally, you will also hold a relevant degree or professional certification and have experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or M&E environment.
