Procurement Officer, Procurement Administrator
A temporary procurement support opportunity available for 3-6 months on a predominantly home-based / fully remote basis. With a need to visit their Essex Head Office 1-2 times per month at most, this role will support the Head of Procurement and Category Manager during a period of transformation.
This role will suit a procurement professional looking to harness their experience gained to date in a progressive, supportive working culture. Key areas of focus will include: assisting with framework call-offs; managing the contract database; communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders; utilising the e-procurement system; and providing procurement administration as required during the tender process.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable procurement experience of the above; have the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills. You will have a self-motivated approach to your work with a high attention to detail and ideally have experience of working with e-procurement systems. PA23 training is beneficial but not essential with full training given.
