Corporate Tax Associate Director - Financial Services
A market leading professional services firm with a strong UK and international presence is currently recruiting a newly created position due to the amount of growth within the financial services team. This team offers the opportunity to advise a diverse portfolio of clients across banking, asset management, insurance, private equity, alternative funds and fintech businesses. This corporate tax team focusses on large UK and international corporations delivering high-quality advisory, transactions and compliance work.
The role:
Within this role you will take the lead on managing complex tax matters for large corporate clients, contributing to the growth of the practice alongside the directors and partners.
- Provide high-level tax advisory services to large corporates and multinational clients within the FS sector
- Oversea complex corporate and partnership tax compliance
- Lead and develop your own client portfolio
- Contribute to wider business development initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
About you:
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong technical tax expertise
- Previous exposure to the FS sector
- Proven track record in leading complex tax projects
- Strong communications skills
