Key Responsibilities
- Managing supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queries
- Processing sales invoices
- Providing administrative support to operational staff and management
- Answering incoming calls to the finance office
- Carrying out general finance office duties as required
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new financial and operational software
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
