- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
- Helping to create a safe and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the teaching team.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child’s learning journey.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
