SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School in the Fylde Coast Area

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting children with SEN: such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs.

- Strong communication skills: working effectively with staff, parents and external agencies.
- A proactive, flexible attitude: willing to adapt and try new strategies.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion: always putting pupils’ wellbeing first.
