We are currently working with a Primary School in the Bebington area to find an Early Years Foundation Stage specialist primary teacher to take over their Reception class.
This Reception class teacher role is starting October 2024 and is covering maternity leave.

Your new role
Hays Education Wirral are working with the head teacher to find an EYFS specialist primary teacher who will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality lessons for their F2 class.
You will work in accordance with the EYFS curriculum including phonics, literacy, and numeracy, as well as supporting the social and emotional development of Reception aged children. You will also be responsible for assessing the pupils’ work; using the results to inform your planning.
The successful primary teacher will need to build and maintain a caring and nurturing environment where all children are encouraged to flourish, whilst setting high expectations for what they can achieve.
Vital to the role will be preparing the pupils for the next stage in their education and lives as they transition to Key Stage 1.

What you'll need to succeed
If you are a qualified primary teacher interested in this Reception class teaching job, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher status
- Have recent and relevant experience working with Early Years aged children
- Have excellent knowledge of EYFS especially phonics and numeracy
