What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
- Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
- Warm, patient and imaginative teaching approach
- Sound understanding of phonics, early reading and child‑centred learning
- Flexibility, positivity and a strong commitment to pupil progress
