Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
