In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school routines, classrooms, and learner needs.
- Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences or planned cover.
This is an ideal opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, or wider experience across multiple school settings.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within Primary settings (including placements).
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- A flexible, reliable and proactive approach to work.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays).
