Primary Supply Teaching Job in Redbridge, East London. Competitive Salary!

Your New Primary Schools
We are looking for dedicated primary supply teachers to support schools across Redbridge. We have built strong relationships with schools in the area over many years, ensuring consistent work opportunities for our supply teachers. On average, we receive 3-4 supply bookings weekly from one of our partnered schools, guaranteeing regular assignments throughout the academic year. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, you have the flexibility to choose your availability and can opt for pre-booked placements or morning calls for last-minute cover. Applications are welcome from both qualified and newly qualified teachers (ECTs).
Your Role as a Primary Supply Teacher
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will bring expertise in Early Years, KS1, or KS2, delivering engaging and structured lessons. Your responsibilities will include:
•Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment that supports learning.
•Following school policies and procedures to ensure consistency in teaching and pupil wellbeing.
•Completing marking and feedback for students at the end of each lesson.
•Providing a clear handover for the regular class teacher to maintain continuity.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
•QTS and a PGCE qualification.
•Classroom experience in a primary setting.
•Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.
•Flexibility and willingness to travel within Redbridge.
•A valid DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one through Hays.
