Role Overview:
The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part time basis, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the youngest pupils in school, ensuring they have a strong foundation for their future learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and positive social interactions.
- Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school activities and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
