EYFS Teacher Runcorn

Your new role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS teacher to join our clients' welcoming and inclusive school located in the heart of Runcorn. In this role, you will inspire and nurture young children at the very start of their educational journey, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need for lifelong learning. You will deliver creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework, create a safe and stimulating classroom environment, and support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure every child thrives and reaches their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about early years' education. You should be creative and enthusiastic, able to inspire curiosity and a love of learning in young children. Patience and empathy are essential, as is the ability to build trusting relationships with the children. You will need to be adaptable and resilient, able to respond positively to the varied nature of working with young children.

You should be reflective and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your practice and support the development of every child in your care.

Above all, you should have a nurturing approach, high expectations for every child, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their well-being at all times.
