School Office Manager Job in Lincoln

Your new company
Hays Education is working with a primary school based in Lincoln who are looking for an experienced School Office Manager to start as soon as possible. The position is a temporary role to cover an absence, potentially up until the end of the academic year. The hours for this job are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Your new role
As a Primary School Office Manager, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school's administrative functions. Your responsibilities may include overseeing office procedures, managing communications, handling school finances and invoices, coordinating schedules, maintaining student records, liaising with parents and staff, and working with school systems such as Arbor.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience working within a school office (essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
• Experience using Arbor or the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one via Hays
