Team, they are looking for a Senior Business Support Technician.

Your new role

Your new job as a Senior Business Support Technician means that you will primarily be responsible for providing advanced operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes. Your role will include Binder and bordereaux reconciliations, monthly processing, creating the bordereaux and submitting to the bureaux. You will need to attend business unit meetings and provide input as needed, along with managing financial disciplines, premium payment warranties, and mitigating potential errors and omissions exposure. You will be performing non-complex processing tasks within Global XB and supporting pre-processing and accounting queries, alongside collaborating with the accounting team and developing positive working relationships with the IBA team. Your role will also include undertaking ad hoc tasks and escalating technical processing issues to the line manager.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working as a technician with experience of handling including Binder and bordereaux reconciliations, as well as experience of premium processing. It is important that you have excellent organisational and time management skills as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and be familiar with insurance software systems.
