Your new role
With the continued growth of our team, we are looking to hire a Director in our Heath Economics and Data Analysis business area, to provide business leadership and act as a senior lead on assigned projects. This involves being the senior point of contact for clients on assigned projects, mentoring and guiding the project team to ensure client objectives are met, and providing final strategic review of deliverables to ensure high quality deliverables are provided to our clients.
The main responsibility of the role is to lead the development of health economic models and a range of health economics projects. This includes the development of global cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, early economic models, model adaptations and methodological studies. The role also involves identifying, driving and assessing new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals, and building relationships with clients in order to maximise the chance of winning work.
You will work as part of the leadership team to ensure that work is won and delivered to meet financial targets and other KPI’s. You will also be responsible for driving innovation through proposing new or modified service offerings, providing input to the strategic direction, and engaging in activities to increase the external profile, such as preparing publications and presentations in area(s) of expertise.

Key activities include:
• Assessing RFPs and business opportunities and contributing to the development of proposals.
• Developing and/or directing the development of a range of health economics models, budget impact models, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses and other statistical analyses as part of the health economics and data analysis practice offerings
• Supporting project teams in their interaction with clients, including providing senior technical leadership on selected assigned projects.
• Reviewing project deliverables, including QC of models and associated protocols and technical reports.
• Monitoring developments in area(s) of expertise; proposing new or modified service offerings and ensuring these are incorporated into proposals and projects, as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
• You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing and interpreting economic models and understanding systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
• The ability to demonstrate relevant research and technical skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, a creative mindset and a team work ethos is essential.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic insight, discuss strategic project decisions with clients and project teams, and to gain their confidence.
