Overview
An opportunity exists for an experienced Data Risk Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a global Markets team focused on strengthening data governance, risk management, and control frameworks. The position plays a key role in improving data quality and mitigating risk across multiple market products.

- Rate - £700-£800 Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Hybrid – 3 days / week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of data processes to identify and address data quality risks.
- Design and implement robust data control frameworks and integrate them into governance models.
- Lead data transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology globally.
- Maintain and update risk and control frameworks (e.g., RCSA/MCA).
Essential Experience
- Proven background as a Business Analyst / Project Manager within Tier 1 banks.
- Strong understanding of markets business (trading, sales, operations).
- Hands-on experience with risk and control frameworks and data governance / data quality principles.
- Involvement in data transformation projects, including data lineage and data flows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
