I’m supporting a major transformation programme that requires a Senior Business Analyst with strong PM/Programme capability. This role focusses on operating model redesign across several business areas, combining hands‑on delivery with high‑quality analysis and documentation.

• Designing new Roles & Responsibilities, Service Definitions, Service Models, and SLAs
• Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior SMEs
• Producing clear, structured current‑state and future‑state documentation
• Supporting strategic improvements across onboarding, customer journeys, risk & controls, and operational resilience
• Delivering change activity while maintaining continuity of service

• Senior BA with project delivery and PM-style skills
• Strong experience in TOM, Org Design, and structural documentation
• Confident workshop facilitator, able to work with senior experts
• Excellent documentation skills with a high level of structure and precision
• Background in a complex, regulated environment
• Understanding of end‑to‑end operational flows is beneficial.
• Awareness of cross‑entity service provision is helpful.
