Maintenance Plumber required for an NHS contract in Merseyside.

Your new company

Your new company is an NHS organisation who serve a core population of over 600,000 people across Merseyside. They offer a range of highly specialized services to a broader catchment area of over two million people across the North West and beyond.

Your new role

As a plumber in the Estates department, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and modifications to mechanical services across the trust's building portfolio. Your typical duties will include general plumbing maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), small installations, and responding to urgent repair issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and modifications to critical mechanical systems across the Trust's diverse building services portfolio. You should have the ability to diagnose faults, implement corrective actions, and provide advice on system improvements to ensure the continuity and enhancement of services.

What you'll need to succeed

It serves a core population of around 630,000 people across Merseyside as well as providing a range of highly specialist services to a catchment area of more than two million people in the North West region and beyond.

What you'll get in return

- Afc Band 4 (£26,500 to £29,200 a year per annum)
- Permanent vacancy
- 37.5 Hours per week
