Plumber
We’re seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team for a residential development in Stansted. The project involves first and second fix plumbing across 10 new-build properties, integrating both air source heat pumps and traditional central heating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Complete first and second fix plumbing installations
- Install and commission air source heat pumps
- Fit central heating systems including radiators, cylinders, and pipework
- Work from technical drawings and site plans
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new-build plumbing (previous experience preferred)
- Familiarity with renewable heating systems
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (Preferred)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Own tools and transport
