Maintenance Plaster in social housing located across East London
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified tradesperson to join the maintenance team in the East London area:

Maintenance Plasterer
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: East London
Driving License: Full UK Driver’s License required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a social housing maintenance environment
- Fully qualified with one or more of the following:
- City & Guilds in Plastering 6708 (Levels 1, 2 & 3)
- Diploma in Plastering (Level 1 or 2)
- NVQ Level 2 in Plaster-work
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
- Skilled in using hand tools and small handheld plant (e.g., drills, mixers)
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
