    £31,500 - £34,500 plus van and fuel card

Plasterer- Multiskilled- Social Housing- Maintenance- Responsive repairs- Permanent- Lincolnshire

Your new company

A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a Plasterer to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).

Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.

£31,500 salary for a plasterer and £34,500 for a mulitskilled plasterer

Van and fuel card included

Your new role

Social housing occupied properties

Basic plastering role- Plastering (also taking off skirting and radiators etc.)

Mulitskilled plastering role- Plastering, Painting, Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling etc.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideal qualifications include: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (will consider time-served)

Full UK driving license

Be able to pass a DBS check

Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
