Our client, a well-established residential house builder, is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced labourers who enjoy varied work and want to be part of a growing company delivering high-quality homes.

Your new role

• Groundworks including concreting, drainage and trenching
• Assisting trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, plastering and roofing
• Painting, decorating and finishing tasks
• Snagging and ensuring homes are ready for handover

• What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience in skilled labouring within construction or residential building
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
