• Multi Trade Operatives required to start work for an East Midlands based housing association
• Works will predominantly be in and around Northamptonshire however travel to surrounding counties may be required
• Long term temporary contract with the potential to become permanent
• You will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive maintenance in social housing
• Work will be in occupied properties so previous experience working in a similar environment is required
• Ideally you will have a trade related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering)
• You must have a valid driving license
• Company van & fuel card will be provided
• You will also require an in date DBS, asbestos awareness and working at heights (can be completed prior to starting)
• Working Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours paid per week)
• Possibility of out of hours rota/overtime TBC
