This leading City firm seeks an ambitious planning lawyer to join their highly-ranked team and advise on market leading projects for a range of public and private sector clients. These include major urban regeneration schemes, estate regeneration, Garden settlements, over-station developments, residential, commercial and sport developments. You will focus on the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries and judicial review. Ideally you will have strong academics and relevant planning experience essential gained either in private practice or local authority.
