We are partnering with a leading North-West Accountancy Group known for its friendly and professional approach to accounting and tax services. This firm has a supportive team culture across its offices and business lines and boasts a broad range of clients across many varied industries, making the work on offer fascinating for the successful Tax and Accounts Senior based in their Manchester office in Salford Quays.
Your new role
As the new Tax and Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for completing corporate, personal and partnership tax returns for a varied industry client base. You will also produce year-end tax returns and accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will also prepare VAT returns to be reviewed by the senior member of the tax and accounts team.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Tax and Accounts Senior will ideally be ACCA/ ACA/ AAT/ ATT or CTA qualified with experience of working in tax and accounting in an established accountancy firm. Study support is on offer if you are not qualified.
Good working knowledge of accounting programmes such as Sage, Zero and CCH Central would be beneficial.
A desire to work well in a team environment and to engage with clients is a must.
