Your new role

This successful, well-respected, and expanding accounting business is seeking a significant addition as a Private Client / Personal Tax Partner. The ideal person will have the relationships, contacts, and networks to help them expand their private client services. The role has arisen as a result of the firm's continued growth and success, and the firm advises a diverse range of private clients, including directors of large publicly traded companies, owner-managed businesses in a variety of industries, property clients, wealthy individuals, families and trusts, charities, and other not-for-profit organisations, as well as landed estates, farming and rural-related sector clients. You will lead and develop the private client tax services line in the Bristol office, taking a client-facing role and overseeing the provision of advisory services across a broad range of personal tax issues. You will also lead and influence your team and look to drive the development of private client tax services in this leading firm.

What you'll need to succeed

As a Private Client / Personal Tax Partner, you will currently be working at Partner level, either on a salary or equity basis. Your history may be in any of the Top Ten accountancy practice environments, Mid Tier/Top 50 or large independent firm environments, and you will be seeking a challenging new career opportunity, within a prominent company of accountants.

What you'll get in return

£150,000 - £250,000 + on a salaried or equity, profit share basis etc - negotiable
