Location: Swindon (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, along with other personal assistant duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients.
- Organise and maintain office systems and files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Minute-taking experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
