PA to Sales and Marketing Director | Lincoln | £30-35,000

Are you a talented PA or Senior Administrator looking for a fresh challenge where your skills will shine? Tired of the high-pressure grind or feeling stuck in a repetitive role? This is your opportunity to join a thriving, innovative business where your contributions matter and your work-life balance is respected.

Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll swap the congested city commute for a peaceful, inspiring rural setting that helps you start each day with a clear mind. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking company that values your input and supports your development. Your work will have a direct impact on the Sales and Marketing teams, and you’ll be recognised for the difference you make. On top of that, you’ll enjoy a generous benefits package including life assurance, health insurance, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

This is your chance to rediscover your passion for your work in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. You’ll be joining a close-knit team in a beautiful setting, with a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to grow your career in a role that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the Sales and Marketing teams, providing essential support to the Director and helping the wider team thrive. You’ll manage diaries, take minutes, create engaging PowerPoint presentations, and turn data into reports that help drive smart decisions. You’ll coordinate marketing materials, oversee print production and keep track of deadlines. You’ll organise national and regional meetings, manage CRM system administration, and help onboard new team members. You’ll also welcome guests, handle enquiries, and collaborate on exciting projects within the management support team. Three times a year, you’ll have the chance to attend national and international meetings, expanding your experience and network.

What We’re Looking For
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’re confident using CRM systems or similar databases, and you’re comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint at a competent to expert level. You take pride in delivering polished, accurate work and have a natural ability to communicate professionally and discreetly. You’re great at juggling priorities, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative team. Ideally, you’ll have A-levels in a relevant subject or a degree in business or marketing, along with solid administrative experience. Experience in sales or marketing support is a bonus. A full UK driving licence (ideally with no more than 6 points) is also required for the occasional travel.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
