Your new role
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Coordinate travel and expenses using SAP Concur and TravelPerk
- Handle internal and external communications
- Support company events, Town Halls, and social gatherings
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Maintain documents on SharePoint and monitor office supplies
- Support ad-hoc tasks across departments, including Finance
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Previous admin experience beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working across UK, European, and US East Coast time zones
