Experienced Personal Assistant Required for a Dynamic Professional in Coalville!
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy professional in Coalville, Leicester. This is a permanent, challenging, and rewarding role for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your New Role:
As the Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to a key individual, managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring their professional life runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary Management: Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Organising domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Strong Excel Skills : V lookups, pivot tables for data entry
- Email Management: Filtering and prioritising emails, responding on behalf of the individual where appropriate.
- Document Preparation: Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Expense Management: Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Project Support: Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Liaising: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven Experience: Significant experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level.
- Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
