What You’ll Be Doing
As a Legal PA in the property team, you’ll be the backbone of the legal operations, supporting fee earners and clients with seamless administrative and legal coordination. Your role will include:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents such as contracts, title reports, and land transfer forms.
- Assisting with due diligence checks and reviewing land registry documents.
- Maintaining site plans, plot schedules, and development progress trackers.
- Liaising with surveyors, planning consultants, and local authorities.
- Drafting and updating precedent letters and house-style documents.
- Managing document archiving and retrieval systems.
- Generating client reports and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinating travel and diary management for fee earners.
- Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Has proven experience providing high-quality administrative or secretarial support in a legal or professional services setting.
- Ideally has exposure to commercial property work (but it’s not essential).
- Brings strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Works with precision and pride in presentation.
