This leading national firm is keen to hire a pensions lawyer to advise on all aspects of pension provision in both the public and private sectors. The team provides a full range of services to clients including the creation, operation, restructuring, compliance and winding up issues for all types of pensions schemes. You will deal with pensions scheme investments and provide transactional support including drafting pensions schedules and admission agreements and supporting lenders with advice around pensions risks on transactions. You will also help defend ombudsman complaints, hostile claims against third parties and non-hostile high court proceedings.
