Your new role

This position offers a chance to become part of a forward-thinking and collaborative global legal team. The role involves supporting a wide range of commercial and operational legal matters across multiple regions, with a particular emphasis on client-related contracts.   • Prepare, analyse, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, terms and conditions, technology, supplier, partnership, service, vendor, and licencing agreements.

  • Advise on legal issues relating to intellectual property, data protection, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal input supports business objectives and product/service innovation.

  • Conduct legal research and assess risks across jurisdictions to inform strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as the main legal contact for assigned business units and liaise with external counsel on international matters.

  • Improve legal processes by implementing efficiencies, using contract management systems, and standardising templates.

You'll be working with industry-leading brands across the globe.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified lawyer (England & Wales, Commonwealth or U.S. jurisdiction) with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.

  • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in a cross-jurisdictional or international context is essential.

  • Strong ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice in a fast-moving commercial context.

  • Exposure to the US market is advantageous.
