We are working in partnership with a nonperforming secondary school, who are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PE Teacher to join their Physical Education department on a 0.5 permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.
The Role
- Teach Physical Education across different year groups
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage participation and progress
- Support extracurricular sport and enrichment activities where appropriate
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and well‑established PE department
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
- Has strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for PE
- Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Is organised, reflective, and committed to student wellbeing
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
