Payroll Specialist – 6-Month Fixed‑Term

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client on a 6‑month FTC. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with regional legislation and internal policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong international payroll experience who is confident with CloudPay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple EMEA regions.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local country legislation.
- Maintain payroll data and ensure all employee changes are updated within CloudPay.
- Manage payroll queries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Review payroll reports, check calculations, and escalate discrepancies where needed.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll cycles.
- Support audits and compliance checks as required.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist handling EMEA payrolls.
- CloudPay experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of international payroll processes and legislation.
- High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work 2–3 days per week onsite in London City.
