Time & Attendance Assistant

Location: Morley, West Yorkshire (Hybrid working with 1-2 office days per week)
Duration: 1–2 months

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time worked
  • Data entry into new JoinedUp system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding attendance-related enquiries

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in time and attendance administration preferred
  • Proficient in using time-tracking software (JoinedUp) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
