Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a well established client based in the Coleraine area, who has an immediate requirement.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on and experienced Finance Professional, with strong monthly payroll expertise, who can hit the ground running. Applicants will be fully qualified (or QBE), highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously within a busy, structured environment.

Your new role

• Full responsibility for monthly payroll for c.110 staff
• Budget management, monitoring and forecasting
• Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
• Oversight of income, expenditure and balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaison with auditors and external stakeholders
• Ensuring financial controls, governance and compliance are maintained
• Providing financial insight and support to senior management

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role
• Strong payroll experience (essential)
• Fully Qualified Accountant (or QBE)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to start immediately or at very short notice
