Payroll Specialist Role, 12 months FTC, Inverness
Your new company
You will be joining a well-established organisation based in Inverness and with a strong presence across the Highlands. The business has a strong local presence and a reputation for stability, teamwork and long-term career development. As the company continues to grow, the finance team is expanding, creating an opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of this key function. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in the Inverness office.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring experience of processing payroll from start to finish, with confidence in handling both weekly and monthly cycles and working with timesheets, overtime and variable pay. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and good communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage deadlines and respond to queries professionally. A willingness to support wider finance duties will also help you succeed in this varied and collaborative environment. You'll be based in the Inverness office full-time and have the ability to work well with the wider team.
