Your new role
- Support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate and timely EMEA payrolls across multiple international entities.
- Process payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contractual amendments.
- Ensure all payrolls are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal audit and control frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve payroll queries and ensure smooth delivery.
- Contribute to payroll projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and data validation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll operations across all regions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience working within a complex payroll environment.
- Solid knowledge of UK and EMEA payroll processes, regulations, and legislation.
- Confidence using payroll systems, with proven payroll accounting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment when handling complex payroll queries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, providing clear and accurate advice at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing tight deadlines.
