Head of Reward for a global professional services LLP

Your new company
A global professional services business with offices in the largest UK city centres and a headcount in excess of 2000 colleagues.
Operating as a Limited Liability Partnership, they are well-known, market leader in their sector.

Your new role
Leading the Reward strategy for the UK, responsible for all things compensation and benefits.
You'll be the expert for Reward-related compliance and regulatory requirements across the business.
Awareness of external factors within and outside the sector, you'll be responsible for benchmarking and advising on total rewards.
Leading and developing the Reward team.

What you'll need to succeed
Given the LLP trading status and the responsibility for all employees' remuneration, it is essential this recruit has worked in Reward in a partnership model in the past.
You will have successfully managed and developed colleagues in the past. It would be beneficial to have worked as part of a HR leadership team, supporting the wider EVP across the organisation.
