A well-known public organisation is working with Hays to find a candidate who Will join them as a Payroll administrator. This individual will join the team. On a temporary contract. The position is fully remote. The hours of work will Be Monday to Friday, 0900 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, flexible working.
You're new role
In your New role you will be responsible for; Managing, managing and developing other team members on the Itrent system, end to end payroll on a weekly week and monthly basis, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back To management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, Administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. Dealing with sundry payroll matters such as p45/p60 experience would be Beneficial.

In order To succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role. Within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel and ITrent. You will also be Able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be Experienced at running both weekly and monthly payrolls.
