Location: On-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote

The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and HR administration. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with HR and Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll data integrity, supporting reporting requirements, and acting as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing across UK and international locations, including reconciliations, reporting and monthly Cintra uploads.
- Prepare payroll input data such as overtime, salary changes, bonuses, starters, leavers and pension updates.
- Manage employee lifecycle payroll actions, including leavers, contractual changes and creation of self‑service access for new starters.
- Administer statutory payments including Maternity, Paternity and Adoption, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes.
- Monitor and administer employee benefits, including Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers and Eye Care Vouchers.
- Oversee annual reward processes, including ownership of the salary review spreadsheet and UK bonus spreadsheet.
- Maintain payroll data integrity through regular checks, including DEO limits, exchange rate thresholds and specific employee nil‑pay validations.
- Produce routine payroll and finance reports, including cost centre analysis, overtime reporting and ad‑hoc data requests.
- Process payroll‑related invoices and support monthly cashflow reconciliation for approval.
- Manage auto‑enrolment processes, including Aviva portal updates and HMRC tax code requests.
- Review non‑UK payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal data.
- Support P11D and PSA data preparation and maintain accurate payroll documentation, including SOX/COSO updates.
- Administer company car and fuel card changes to support accurate payroll and P11D reporting.
- Provide general HR administrative support during peak periods or project work.
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring clear, timely communication with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
Role Requirements
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with payroll data
- Good understanding of UK payroll processes and statutory requirements
- Experience in UK payroll administration
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel, and confidence using HR and payroll systems
