Your new role
- Conduct thorough reviews of the community centre portfolio in order to assess condition, usage, and strategic value.
- Identify and evaluate development opportunities, including site viability and regeneration potential.
- Support the development of possession strategies and contribute towards planning applications.
- Create detailed options appraisals which include gaining a comprehensive understanding of the asset, identification of strategic options, reviewing planning, viability, and operational feasibility, and considering stakeholders, before scoring.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this interim role, you will need to have proven experience in property development or asset strategy, excellent analytical skills, the ability to assess viability, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of planning processes.
What you'll get in return
- Achieve a day rate of £380 per day (likely outside scope of IR35).
- Work from home for the majority of your role.
- A contract with a minimum duration of six months, likely to extend.
