Financial Planning Analyst (Paraplanner): Sheffield: To c£42,000 + benefits

Your new role

Working within the technical support team, the role will be to provide technical support to the Financial Advisers and wider support team to ensure the efficient delivery of all advice. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluation of client objectives
  • Due Diligence, research and analysis
  • Calculations (Pension contributions/CGT/IHT/Income Tax)
  • Production of client presentation documents and suitability reports
  • Oversight of provider illustrations / applications / fund information etc.
  • Monitoring new business pipeline through to completion
  • Client fee monitoring
  • Client liaison on completion
You will also be involved with Client reviews, including
  • Pre-meeting analysis
  • Post meeting completion work
  • Production of post review letters

What you'll need to succeed

  • Working with private wealth, business owners, corporate clients, trusts and group schemes (desirable)
  • 4+ years Financial Services experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements (essential)
  • Senior administrator/paraplanning experience (essential)
  • Part or fully diploma qualified (essential)
