Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of a team of experienced paraplanners, managing workloads to ensure advisers and clients are provided with efficient technical support at all times and providing your team with support as necessary to achieve personal and team objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential to have solid experience in paraplanning, proven leadership skills and be minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified.
