Your new company

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Painter to join our dedicated property services team. You’ll be working across a number of social housing properties in Derry/Londonderry.

Your new role

• Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across occupied and void properties

• Preparing surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, and priming

• Completing minor repairs as needed to ensure a quality finish

• Working respectfully in tenants’ homes

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a painter or maintenance decorator

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Full UK driving licence is preferable but pick-up points are also available.
